your m'hekka can be used in multiple ways for body care:

for feet and heels:
soak feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes. Wet the pumice stone, then gently rub it over rough areas in circular motions to remove dead skin. Rinse and moisturize after use.

for elbows and knees: wet the stone and gently rub over dry patches on elbows or knees for a soft, smooth finish. Follow with a moisturizer for best results.
