you can use the full routine once a week or once every 2 weeks. it’s perfect for deep cleansing, exfoliation, and overall skin + scalp renewal.
no not recommend for the face, but can be used on the body
mix it with warm water or rosewater to create a smooth paste. apply it to clean skin (face or body), leave on for 5–10 minutes, then rinse.
use as the last step in your shower after your feet have been soaking in hot water , especially heels and rough areas. rub in gentle circular motions to smooth dry patches. rinse and let it air dry after each use.
apply the hair oil before your shower. leave it on for at least 1–2 hours and make sure you stimulate that scalp
for best results, leave the oil on your scalp for 1–2 hours before washing it out. You can also leave it overnight for a more intensive treatment.
after steaming or warming your skin in the shower, apply the soap to damp skin and let it sit for 3–5 minutes. then, use the kessa glove in upward and downward motions to exfoliate. rinse thoroughly after.
