YOUR SAHA REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Your Saha, our mission is to elevate your self-care routine to be the best it can be. We carefully craft each product with quality in mind, and we’re confident you’ll love your purchase. 

Due to the personal nature of our items, all sales are generally final for domestic U.S. orders, in addition to international shipments. However, if your product arrives with a defect or doesn’t meet our high standards, please contact us within 7 days at inquiries@yoursaha.com for further assistance. Our customer service team will assess each case individually, and if eligible, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or store credit to ensure you have the best experience possible. 

In cases where a refund or replacement request is offered, please note that all claims are subject to a full investigation process. Customers must wait until our investigation has been completed before any refund or replacement can be approved or issued.

If your shipment is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the order. Please ensure your address and shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by address errors provided by the customer.
